The castle's historical charm and beautiful frescoes throughout were truly captivating. The unique experience of staying in an 11th century castle was truly memorable. The breakfast provided a typical European spread, with a variety of cakes, cookies, juices, and coffee. They were also accommodating when I requested cold cuts and sliced cheese. The location of the castle was fantastic, offering a picturesque setting and a sense of tranquility.
There were some downsides to my stay. The communication barrier was a major issue as no one at the hotel understood English, French or Spanish, contrary to what was initially stated.

Our room was particularly spacious and beautifully decorated with antique furniture. the exceptional service provided by the staff made us feel like royalty.
We had a slight issue with the air conditioner in our room, which was a bit noisy. this was a minor inconvenience and did not detract from the overall experience.

Staying in an 11th century castle is truly a magical experience. the frescoes throughout the castle are breathtaking, each room tells a different story. the breakfast included a variety of European-style pastries, juices, and coffee. If you have dietary restrictions, you can bring your own bread and they will gladly toast it for you. the property offers a tour and wine tasting, along with samples of their homemade jams and cold cuts.
Some aspects of the facilities were not up to par. For example, the showers had issues with mold, which was quite unpleasant.
